       Leliu port strives to be the best, It aims to provide excellent services using modern management methods and facilities, The Port boasts a coastline of 600 metres, with nine 1000-tonne berths and nine cranes of a maximum capacity of 60-tonne, The total yard area is 220,000 square metres, with a storage capacity of 17,600TEU, The heavy container yard is equipped with Rail-mounted gantry cranes covering an area of 240m x 45m x 4 storeys, There is a supervised bulk cargo warehouse with an area of 2,800 square metres and a public bonded warehouse and supervised export warehouse of 32,400 square metres, The port yard is divided into different sections to handle export containers, import containers, refrigerating containers and fumigated goods, In order to meet the requirements of the Customs and the inspection and quarantine departments, a fully enclosed area for Customs inspection of waste plastics and metal hardware technology, as well as an isolated area for imported agricultural by-products such as fruit and flora,have been set up to facilitate the operation processes for various types of import commodities and goods. Utilities and facilities, such as electricity supply, oil depots, weighbridges and mechanical repair workshops, are also available at Leliu Port, in addition to various types of loading and unloading equipment and fleets of trucks, enabling the Port to meet its total design throughput volume of 3.5 million tons/year (TEU). A customs clearance and inspection platform for the trucks from Hong Kong and Macau with 23 parking spaces has been set up in the Port to handle goods inspection and container loading and unloading operations for land transhipments. In addition, Leliu Port has a designated domestic trade container yard and crane berths, which serve the growing container business in domestic trade and bulk goods logistics. Leliu Port boasts the comprehensive facilities and full functions of a port, and is strongly supported by its supervising authorities and customers. Over the past few years, the Port has witnessed a steady year-on-year increase of business and throughput volume.
